Plymouth City Council adopts webCAPTURE
Plymouth City Council has chosen the Granicus-Firmstep platform with Govtech’s hosted webCAPTURE digital process automation service to deliver an online, self-service channel for citizens that is “fit for purpose”.
Plymouth is the first council to adopt webCAPTURE to automate online Revenues transactions in the Academy Revenues system. Following an extensive Discovery phase designed to test and push the application’s ABC APIs to their limits, the service will go live in May 2020.
