New Generic Discount Application Form Goes Into govService in Kirklees
Kirklees Council has completed testing and will deploy a new Generic Discount Application Form for citizens. Govtech utilised the advanced features of Granicus’s govService Service Designer, the leading online e-forms and self-service solution for local government, to deliver a fully dynamic and comprehensive pre-built online form for Discount applications.
The form is pre-built and ready to be deployed via govService, enabling the complementary digital process automation service to be rapidly implemented.
The council is currently agreeing with Govtech the specification of a Multi-debt Special Payment Arrangement form for deployment later this year.
