Adoption of Firmstep web forms sees marked rise in Kirklees online take-up

The adoption of a full suite of Firmstep Revenues web forms, designed by Govtech, has prompted a rise in online take-up in Kirklees MBC and an increase in automation rates.

From April 2018 – March 2019, citizens, landlords, students and businesses submitted just under 120,000 online transactions to Kirklees’ Revenues service, including over 30,000 changes of address.
